The vendor registration fee for participation into the show is $100 for each 10' X 10' space paid before November 15th. After November 15th, you may still register, with an additional $25 late fee. Many other shows require vendors to remit a percetage of sales after the show. The St. Cloud Craft Festival does NOT charge additional vendor fees or percentages of sales!!!

Vendors of ANY trade are welcome to participate in the show, however only crafters/artists of original works may register for prize rewards. Commercial vendors are welcome.

St. Cloud Craft Festival

For Artists of Original works, judging is based upon the following categories*

1. Painting: Oil, Acrylics, Sprays/Air gun, Watercolors & Pastels
2. Ceramics, China Painting, Pottery, Clay, Glass Work & Stained Glass
3. Needlecrafts: Cross Stitch, Crochet, Knitting, Tatting, Crewel, Sewing, Quilts, Apparel, Pillows, Smocking & Appliqué

D. Wood Crafts: Furniture, Clocks, Carving, etc.

5. Folk & Country Art: Tole Painting, Stenciling, Primitives, Dolls & Toys
6. Baskets, Weaving, Macramé, Wreaths, Floral Arrangements
7. Miscellaneous: Any art or craft not listed elsewhere
8. Jewelry
9. Photography

Once you submit your registration form, you must submit your registration fee via mail or Paypal using the links below. Your registration is not complete until we receive both your registration form and fee.

*Only one entry/category may be selected per paid space. Non-original works are excluded from participation in judging for cash prizes however are still eligible for entry into the show. All entries are judged by independent judges who are not affiliated or compensated by the St. Cloud Craft Festival. Vendors select the categories for which they are judged at the tme of registration. Winners are notified Saturday, however cash prizes are awarded on Sunday.

RENTAL TENTS, TABLES & CHAIRS

Equipment rental is provided by a local rental company and includes delivery, setup, teardown and pickup at no additional charge. Rented items are your responsibility during the show against loss, damage or theft. All tent rentals include weights. Items are delivered to your assigned space number by 8:30am Saturday and picked up after 5pm, end of show on Sunday. Rental of items must be reserved and paid in advance to guarantee delivery of your requested items.
