The St. Cloud Craft Festival welcomes a variety of food and beverage vendors consisting of general carnival favorites. Regular tastes available at the festival include:
Cotton Candy
Hot Dogs
Hamburgers
Pork Sandwiches
Greek Favorites
Home-made Ice-Cream
Funnel Cakes
Lemonade
French Fries
Tea and Soda
We invite any number of food entries to participate in the show, however registration is based upon the number of food items served. For example, a vendor selling hot dogs would pay one single registration fee. If the same vendor chose to also sell hamburgers, a second reduced registration fee would apply. Specialty drinks such as lemonade, slushies, etc are each considered a single food item and therefore follow these same restrictions. Common beverages such as water, tea, coffee and soda are included with remittance of the first item registration fee $150. Each additional food selection is reduced to only $100.
By registering each food item, one vendor cannot "monopolize" the market and we can avoid duplication of popular items. Therefore, upon registration you must notify us which food item for which you would like to register. With the exception of common beverages, once a vendor has registered a specific item, it may not be registered by any other vendor.
In an attempt to promote local non-profit organizations, all For-profit entities must remit an additional 10% of profits received from the duration of the show, immediately due at show end.
Selling of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. The festival staff has the right to restrict, reject or remove food vendors whom violate rules as listed within this site.
To register as a food vendor, you must FIRST OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION. To do this, please call Betty at 407-791-9631 or email us at stcloudcraftfestival@yahoo.com and describe the food/drink you would like to offer and discuss your options available.
